What manufacturing processes does Hengchieh offer?
We provide zinc & aluminum die casting, metal stamping, CNC machining, injection molding, powder coating/painting, full assembly, and in-house tooling & mold development — all under one roof.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and process. For standard locks and latches, we can accommodate small orders. For custom die-cast or stamped parts, typical MOQ starts from 500-1,000 pieces depending on tooling requirements.
Can you manufacture custom parts from our drawings?
Yes. We accept drawings in PDF, DWG, STEP, and IGES formats. Our engineering team provides DFM (Design for Manufacturability) consultation to optimize your design for production.
