05 · Core Capability
Surfacetreatment
From polishing and pre-treatment to final coating, we offer eight surface treatment processes in-house. Powder coating, electroplating, anodizing, Dacromet, and electrophoresis — all meeting RoHS and REACH environmental standards. Our coatings achieve 500 hours or more of salt spray resistance.
Treatment Options
Eight finishing processes
Powder Coating
Electrostatic powder application with oven curing. Provides durable, uniform finish with excellent UV and corrosion resistance. Available in any RAL color.
Wet Painting / Baked Enamel
Liquid spray painting with high-temperature baking for automotive-grade finish quality. Metallic, matte, and textured finishes available.
Zinc Plating
Electrolytic zinc coating for corrosion protection of steel parts. Available in clear, blue, yellow, and black chromate passivation.
Nickel Plating
Bright or satin nickel electroplating for decorative finish and wear resistance. Often used as an undercoat for chrome plating.
Chrome Plating
Decorative and hard chrome plating for maximum surface hardness, wear resistance, and mirror finish. Hexavalent-free options available.
Anodizing
Electrochemical oxidation of aluminum parts for enhanced corrosion resistance, surface hardness, and color integration. Type II and Type III (hard coat) available.
Dacromet
Water-based, chromium-free coating for extreme corrosion protection. No hydrogen embrittlement risk. Ideal for high-strength fasteners and structural parts.
Electrophoresis (E-Coat)
Electrodeposition of organic coating for uniform coverage on complex geometries. Excellent throwing power reaches recessed areas that spray coating cannot.
Pre-Treatment
Polishing & surface prep
Surface quality before coating is critical. Our 11-station polishing department prepares die-cast and stamped parts for plating or coating by removing burrs, parting lines, and surface imperfections.
We offer three finish levels: mirror polish (Ra < 0.4 um), satin finish (Ra 0.8 - 1.6 um), and matte texture. Vibratory tumbling machines handle bulk deburring for high-volume production parts.
Wet dust extraction systems on all polishing stations ensure a clean working environment and prevent cross-contamination of materials.
| Equipment | Qty |
|---|---|
| Dual-Station Polishing Machine (wet dust extraction) | 3 |
| Quad-Station Polishing Machine (wet dust extraction) | 1 |
| Automatic Flat Surface Polishing Machine | 1 |
| Vibratory Finishing / Tumbling Machine | 3 |
| Bench Grinding Wheel | 3 |
Total: 11 polishing and surface preparation machines
Environmental Standards
RoHS & REACH compliant
All our surface treatment processes comply with EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH regulations. We use lead-free, cadmium-free, and hexavalent chromium-free coating materials wherever possible, and offer trivalent chromium alternatives for chrome plating.
Our powder coating materials are sourced from certified suppliers and meet the strictest European environmental standards. We maintain full material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals used in our finishing processes.
Salt spray testing is performed in-house using our ASTM B117 compliant test chamber. Every production batch receives corrosion resistance verification before shipment.
