High-volume sheet metal stamping for structural parts, springs, brackets, and connectors. 14 presses ranging from 6.3T to 120T enable us to handle everything from small precision clips to large structural panels — all in-house at our Ningbo facility.
Stamping Processes
Six process types
Blanking
Cutting flat sheet metal into desired shapes using a punch-and-die set.
Bending
Forming sheet metal along a straight axis to create angles, channels, and V-shapes.
Deep Drawing
Forming sheet metal into cup or box shapes through radial drawing into a forming die.
Progressive Die Stamping
Multi-station dies that perform blanking, forming, and trimming in a single press stroke for high-volume production.
Piercing
Punching holes, slots, and features into sheet metal parts.
Coining
Precision compression forming for embossed logos, text, and surface features.
