Molding Processes

Four process types

01

Standard Injection Molding

Single-material injection of thermoplastic parts with complex geometries, undercuts, and fine surface textures.

Insert Molding

Metal inserts (pins, bushings, threaded fasteners) are placed in the mold before injection, creating strong metal-plastic hybrid components in one step.

Over-Molding

A second plastic layer is molded over an existing part to add grip, seal, or aesthetic features. Used for soft-touch handles and gaskets.

Glass-Fiber Reinforced

Injection molding with glass-fiber filled engineering plastics (PA66+GF30) for structural parts requiring higher rigidity and heat resistance.

Integration Advantage

Because we also operate die casting, stamping, and CNC machining in the same facility, our injection molding department works closely with metal part production. Metal inserts are cast or machined in-house, then placed directly into injection molds — eliminating the logistics and quality risks of outsourcing.

Our in-house mold shop designs and builds injection molds alongside die casting dies, ensuring consistent tooling quality and fast turnaround for new product development. Typical mold lead time is 20-30 days depending on complexity.

This integrated approach is particularly valuable for lock and latch assemblies, where zinc die-cast bodies combine with POM cam mechanisms and PA handle grips in a single finished product.
