Eight CNC vertical machining centers handle precision milling, drilling, tapping, and secondary machining operations. Combined with 39 conventional machines for turning, grinding, and drilling, our machining department delivers tight-tolerance components and mold finishing in-house.

Turning
Conventional and instrument lathe turning for cylindrical components, shafts, and threaded parts.
Mold Finishing
CNC finishing of in-house die casting and injection molds for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Secondary Machining
Post-casting and post-stamping operations: deburring, hole-making, thread cutting, and final dimensioning.
